Care Home Refurbishment

Refurbishment and Alteration works across the care home including a new reception area and enlarged dining area, complete with external redecoration and repair works to the whole home and a new patio area to the rear. Some of the main features of this high-specification project include bespoke joinery and cabinetry, designer lighting, bespoke ironmongery, along with all floor and wall finishes being completed to a specialist interior design.

Items of work included:

  • Mechanical and electrical package including provision of new assisted shower facilities and installation of a high-specification electrical and lighting design
  • Wall and floor finishes including wall tiling, safety flooring, carpeting and matting
  • Complete re-decoration of the new and affected areas including extensive wallpapering works and specialist spraying of existing aluminium entrance doors and frames.
